Rowan House (North) has been let to CBSL Group Limited, a firm of Business Consultants and Chartered Accountants & Auditors.
The offices, totalling 2,483 sq ft (230.79 sq m), are located in The Professional Quarter at the Business Park and have been built to a high standard with well appointed accommodation and dedicated car parking.
Adrian Barker, Managing Director of CBSL, said "We are delighted to be moving to Shrewsbury Business Park. We anticipate threefold growth during the next 12 months and this will give us the space we need for our growing team, before we open a further office in the Midlands later this year".
